Shipping Policy

Orders may qualify for free shipping to Canadian provinces based on order value, with the exception of large items. All orders shipped to Canadian territories will have freight costs that vary depending on order size and location. Power tailgate service and inside delivery are available upon request for an additional fee. For inside delivery, our carrier partners will only bring the shipment ten (10) feet inside of the door. Contact your Account Representative for more information on shipping.

 

Return Policy

If you are unhappy with any of our products or services, please call us immediately. We will be pleased to discuss your concerns and will work with you to make arrangements to correct the situation.

Returns may be accepted for eligible items that are unused, unwashed and unopened within five (5) days of the receipt of the product. Products may not be returned without first contacting our Customer Experience Team. Returns may be subject to a 25% restocking charge and all related freight charges. Any unauthorized returns or collect shipments will be refused.

The following items CANNOT be returned:

  • Items purchased as part of a package, box, case pack, set or minimum order quantity

Warranty Claims
