  1. How do I initiate a return or exchange?

    To initiate a return, please submit a helpdesk ticket, email clientservices@edentextile.com, or call +1 800-661-7239.

  2. What is your return policy
    If you are unhappy with any of our products or services, please call us immediately. We will be pleased to discuss your concerns and will work with you to make arrangements to correct the situation. Returns may be accepted for eligible items that are unused, unwashed and unopened within five (5) days of the receipt of the product. Products may not be returned without first contacting our Customer Experience Team. Returns may be subject to a 25% restocking charge and all related freight charges. Any unauthorized returns or collect shipments will be refused.
  3. What items cannot be returned?
    The following items CANNOT be returned: - Items purchased as part of a package, box, case pack, set or minimum order quantity - Custom-made items, including those marked as Make-to-Order
